Package Includes:
- 16 week comp prep/photo shoot overview including peak week protocol
- 16 weeks customised and periodised training programming (updated every 3 - 4 weeks)
- customised macros and ongoing adjustments to your macros to achieve body composition goals
- weekly check ins via app, weekly tracking sheet, and whatsapp access to ask questions, get feedback etc
- support and info provided to help prepare you for stage/shoot; posing, bikini choice, photographer choice, styling, hair, make up, tanning ect
(There is an expectation that you have some prior experience with weight training/know how to use gym equipment, have no major injuries/health issues and you are not pregnant. The program is suitable for new mums with clearance from your doctor)
This plan includes:
- customised macros to reach your body composition goals (you can upgrade to a customised 7 day meal plan if you don't want to track your macros. Contact us for more details.)
- healthy and delicious high protein recipes
- shopping list
- customised 12 week training program (can be catered for gym or at home workouts, post pregnancy, and rehabilitation)
- programs are periodised (phases)
- progressions given as you build in strength and endurance for optimal performance results
- can be catered for those who want to incorporate yoga into their training regime
- my tips and tricks to curb cravings and implement healthy eating and training habits
- email access with weekly check ins to keep you accountable and ask any questions you have along your weight loss journey
